The first steps

Get in Touch

Initial Consultation 

If you're interested in Listing Your Home, reach out and provide your Name, Address, Desired Closing Date, and a Brief Description of your Plans. We'll review the information you submit, reach out with any further questions, and get your Initial Consultation Scheduled. 

During the Initial Consultation, we will sit down and discuss what's included in our Flat Fee Listing Service, Any Add-Ons such as Professional Photos/Drone Footage and Open Houses, Review Other Comparable Homes in your Neighborhood, Fill out Seller Disclosures, Sign Exclusive Listing Agreements, and Take Pictures of Your Home. In addition, a Sign and Lockbox will be provided. Your Home will be Listed 24 Hours After the Initial Consultation.

Showings and Offers

We'll notify you of any Potential Showings and Review Any Offers that come our way! Once we receive and sign an Offer, we are now Under Contract!

Closing

We'll work through any Hiccups with Potential Buyers and Work Hand-in-Hand with Buyers Agents. Rest assured, our goal is to Protect Your Interest, Maintain Transparency, and Get Your Home Sold. It really is that simple!

Do I have to pay the Buyer's Agent? 

It's your choice! If you'd like to offer Compensation to a Buyer Agent, we will discuss options during the Initial Consultation. This can be a Flat Fee or a Percentage of the Purchase Price. 

What if a Buyer doesn't have an Agent? 

Some Buyers simply choose to represent themselves! Maybe they've purchased homes before and know the drill. In which case, we'll continue to represent you and you'll pay the Flat Fee. If a Buyer needs assistance and both parties agree to not have representation, we can discuss our potential role as a Transaction Broker.  

How can we offer a Flat Fee?

By having a Local and Family-Owned Real Estate Company, we're able to offer Competitive Pricing to our Clients. The Days of paying 5-6% Commissions are gone. By Listing with Key Realty, you're still offered the same benefits any other Real Estate Company would offer, just cheaper!
